The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I requested a room with a view, and the front desk helped me. The gym is nice with both indoor and outdoor pools that were clean. The fitness team gave towels and water when I asked.
The room was a bit small, limiting movement.

i received help from buse gamze and resul at the front desk they were very helpful. the concierge service impressed me especially mr murat who helped book a nice restaurant. i also found the location good for families it was a very clean hotel with good facilities.
the room cleanliness did not entirely meet my expectations i found it adequate but not perfect. i had hoped for a higher standard of hygiene in certain areas.

The bathroom lighting made it difficult to see clearly. This created a small inconvenience when I was putting on my makeup.

she rebooked us at the same price and even gave us a suite. the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially mr osman from the kitchen staff during breakfast. we felt genuinely cared for .
the location requires taxi rides to reach historical sites, so plan accordingly.
